Inspired by his musician French father and the cooking of his Italian mother (who happens to be the restaurant’s namesake), Ristorante Marzitelli head chef/co-owner Christopher Michaud-Marzitelli has had 2 jobs in his life; make food…and make music.

Having split his career as a professional chef and professional musician, Christopher has successfully folded his 2 great life passions into one intimate setting. Known for contemporary takes on Italian and French classics, Ristorante Marzitelli is the full package; great food in a great setting with gracious service. Located in the dining room is Christopher’s baby grand piano and it isn’t uncommon to see him come out of the kitchen after dinner service to enjoy a few cocktails with the guests while playing well-known hits. Often, guests are also entertained by one of his many musical friends invited as performers. 

Christopher's partner Fei handles the bar and provides great renditions of classic cocktails and specializes in custom house favourites. Ask about her Amaretto Sour or Fei's Negroni!
